Works perfectly and excellent customer support!
I’ve been very pleased with all of the Meross products that I have purchased, but this particular smart strip ended up getting the QR code sticker ripped off (because I’m dumb) and I did not have the setup code (see previous comment). I reached out to Meross support and they were able to lookup the setup code based on my Amazon order number and provide it to me. After this I was able to recover the smart strip and get it added back to my Apple Home.5-star customer support and product quality.

Cool Smart-Gadget – Integrates Easily
What will they think of next? A smart-surge-protector, really? I jumped on this one as soon as I saw it. Iâve wanted to stop âvampireâ power-drain from the devices in the living room (TV, game-consoles, BD Player, etcâ¦), but letâs face it, having a traditional power-strip behind or under the cabinet and having to reach down every time you need to use a device is just not practical. Thatâs why the ability to have a smart-plug that can control multiple devices and offer surge-protection as well was a no-brainer for me.The basics here are that there are four AC outlets and four USB ports which are all controllable from the app or via a schedule. The AC outlets can be controlled individually, while the USB ports are all controlled as one. The app has all of the standard features youâd expect, just remember that it calls schedules âroutinesâ instead.I was able to set it up right away using the meross app, and then I just went into the Alexa app and added a new device using Add Device -> Plug -> Other. I didnât have to add a skill doing it this way. Also, if you want to be able to control individual outlets from Alexa, just rename them in the meross app first, and then re-discover them from the Alexa app, and theyâll be listed individually.I have three game consoles, and a Blu-ray player connected to the AC outlets, and the USB ports are taken up by a FireTV stick, a Google Chromecast, and two USB cables to charge game controllers. I expect to leave the USB ports on most of the time, and only turn on the AC outlets as we need them either via the app, or by asking Alexa to do it. This is also better than having a bunch of individual smart-plugs controlling each device. The cord is six feet long, and the surge-protector itself is a little bulkier than a standard surge protector. Itâs larger in every area, which I guess is to account for the WiFi, the controller board, and the USB charger, but not so much that it became a problem for me. What a welcome addition to our ever-growing automated household.

Works fine
These do what you want them to do. I have three. One is 3 years old, and the other two are two years old. 1 of the two year old units has started constantly disconnecting itself, then refusing to reset. But hey, 2/3 ainât bad I guess.

Meross Smart Power Strip
These Meross Power Strips are a great value for the price. They are easy to setup in HomeKit and you can control the outlets and USB power outlets through you HomeKit or Meross APP. It allow schedules to be programmed as well. Great product.

Good HomeKit-compatible power strip (with controllable USB!)
It seems difficult to find reasonably priced smart power strips that integrate with some smart home system besides the manufacturer’s own “walled garden” app, so a reasonably priced HomeKit-compatible power strip naturally piqued my interest. This power strip offers four controllable outlets plus a set of controllable USB ports. That’s right — unlike many others, you can turn the USB port power on or off. This is what steered me towards this item for this particular use case instead of other options, like the TPLink Kasa power strips (which I also have a couple of and like–but the USB ports are always on). The biggest downside is that there are no buttons for each outlet, so you’ll either need HomeKit to turn things on/off or use the button to turn the whole strip on/off.The only other thing I don’t really like is that it only works with HomeKit directly. I have a few HomeKit devices but don’t really use Apple Home for automations; I use Hubitat, which is far more powerful. The TP-Link power strips I mentioned above can work directly with Hubitat. For this, I need workarounds with “virtual switches” and some automations on the Home side, which is a bit clunky, but still the closest match to my particular use case I could find at the moment. (If Matter emerges as a standard like many are hoping it will, and Meross releases an updated version of this strip that supports it — or really if any other vendor does with similar features — then hopefully that will make this less complicated in the future, assuming my hub also does by that point. But for now…)

Product Prone to Fail and Fire Hazard
A little after a year of owning this, the surge protector stopped working. Upon inspecting, there was a spot where the plastic had melted from the inside.I contacted customer service to let them know my concern with the safety of the product. They said this could be due to a defective item, and, although it was just past the year long warranty, they would send a replacement. The replacement came, but it would not power on.Iâll give customer service an A-for-effort, but there is no way I could recommend this product. Not only is it prone to fail in what seems like multiple ways, it is also a fire hazard.

Excelente producto, muy fácil de programar, y mediante la app de Meross se controla todo. Muy recomendable

I’m really impressed with this power bar. It’s only missing the power measurement feature to be comparable with the Eve bar that’s more than twice the price. It feels very solid. Speed is excellent and set-up with Homekit was quick and easy – quicker and easier than my Homepod. Being able to control each outlet is an excellent feature at this price point and it’s turned into a power hub with the USB ports. Highly recommended.

We used this to connect Christmas tree lights and be able to control through Siri. It worked a treat. Setup with HomeKit went smoothly!

Súper funcional para tener todo desde tu teléfono el control de los aparatos

This works great with the HA app and the Meross app. Only improvement id like to see are manual controls on the power bar (ironic I know, but sometimes I just want to charge something and have to go turn on the plug on my phone ).
