Great watch
Bought this for my fiancé for Valentineâs Day and he loved it! It was a great price for being used. Works great, battery life is awesome the only thing I was upset with was that the charger makes the watch very hot. I thought the chargers were universal so I used it for my watch and it doesnât charge over 10% and ends up over heating my watch and shuts it down. The watch is 5/5 but the charger is 3/5 cause jt works for him but not for mine.

Battery wont hold a charge after 3 months
the (renewed) watch looked perfect, it came in generic packaging but after a few months would go from 100% to 20% in a couple of hours. even in low power mode and everything off. Now it dies after an hour even sitting on a desk off the charger.

 (the lines are bc i wear the watch lower and higher bc the silicone band irritates my skin a wee bit. this happened with other watches but i wasnt able to buy nonsilicone replacement for that watch so i like that already) i did have to call support to help connect the watch to my phone initially but they were great. the box was done nicely, the watch face doesnt have any dings and isnt cracked in any way so its well refurbished. the battery life is not as long as other fitbands but honestly it is overall a more powerful device since i can reply to texts and ask siri to start a workout and tell her which workout im doing, or ask her to set timers and much more. i dont have any way of testing accuracy but either way it motivates me to take my dog for more walks and longer walks and to start doing pilates and yoga and running again. the app is also pretty easy to get the hang of!

Dismal battery life, super scratched up face
UPDATE 4/19 – The battery wouldn’t even last 6 hours. I requested a replacement which was ordered on 4/9 and ten days later, we still haven’t received it. I don’t know where the replacement is. Tracking only shows one update which is “Carrier picked up the package.” Removed a star because this has been an awful experience. Order from this seller at your own risk.I finally got the watch set up with a cellular plan through T-Mobile and Iâm just now exploring it. First, the screen is badly scratched with vertical lines going from top to bottom. At first I thought it was just smudges but these donât come off.I wouldnât have minded the scratches since this was for my 10yr but the battery life is pretty bad. I had it charged to full and I just set everything up, deleted unnecessary apps and set up walkie-talkie. Just 20 mins of this and the battery is down to 30%. I donât know if this will even last her a day, or even the 8 hours sheâs at school. I donât know if I should even give it to her. I checked the battery setting and it shows âService Recommendedâ and that max capacity is at 66%. I just turned on battery saver mode to see if that helps, though Iâd really rather not have to use it like that. Iâm leaning towards returning it, Iâm just hesitant because of how much work it took to even get this watch set up. This was posted as Refurbished in Excellent condition but in reality, itâs really not excellent at all. I wouldnât be upset if the actual condition matched the description.

Very Likely I’ll Need A Replacement In the Next Few Weeks
So I understand that this is a refurb, but it’s definitely not in “excellent condition” as stated. The bottom of the watch face looks as if it has been banged against concrete and the release buttons for the bands are a mess and don’t release without an excessive amount of force. It crashed four times trying to set up/pair it and it caused me to have to start the process over every time, including an unpair process every time, which took forever. It was a three hour process to get this paired. The biggest issue is the battery drains INSANELY fast, I left the house at a full charge and went on a 20 minute errand, and the battery was drained to 75% by the time I got home. My first Apple Watch was a refurbed Gen 1 (that I got when the Gen 4s were new) and it worked flawlessly and held a charge better than any of my other Apple products, so I don’t know if this is just a standard awful Apple battery issue or if there’s an issue, but either way it’s quite plausible that I’ll need to get a replacement/refund ordered before the month is over.

I always wanted an Apple Watch but was wary of the pricetag. This watch was an excellent deal! Packaging and accessories were suitable. I could find no flaws on the phone and it was obvious that a new wristband was installed. Setup couldnât be easier – just pair it with your current IPhone. I did end up adding an additional cellular to my current phone plan as I like to go dog walking without carrying my phone. Itâs still early days on whether the charge will last but I feel confident with the refurbished product warranty. So far, I am THRILLED with this seller and my purchase.

This was an awful purchase as it was given to someone as a gift for christmas and it literally fell apart to the point where the screen fell completely off the wrist band. I tried to do a return but it would have cost me more to ship it back then what I paid awful customer service on an apple watch…. We took it to apple and they could not even fix it….
