CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins.
Refunds are applicable in cases of:
Defective products
Incorrect items shipped
Non-delivery due to verified logistics failure
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed after product inspection and approval. Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to reject refund claims that do not meet our policy criteria.
